Heritage Baseball Suffers Setback Against Fisher Despite Strong Hitting from Happ and White

Anthony Happ and Rylan White both connected for two hits on Thursday (March 21), but the Heritage baseball team dropped an 8-1 decision at home against Fisher.

White drove in Happ with the lone Heritage run.

The Hawks did not allow an earned run.

Robert Holloman and Zaien Smith each contributed one hit.

White suffered the pitching loss. He struck out five batters in three innings.

On Tuesday (March 19), Heritage lost a 19-4 decision at home to Armstrong-Potomac.

White produced two hits and Happ drove in two runs. Brennan Struck, who socked a triple, also had an RBI for the Hawks.

Happ, Lukas Miller, Smith and Struck scored the Heritage runs.

Happ took the pitching loss in a game where the Hawks yielded 18 unearned runs. Happ struck out three batters in 1 2/3 innings. Struck also fanned three hitters and worked 1 1/3 innings.

Heritage (0-5) returns to action on Monday (March 25) at Neoga.
