Oakwood Rallies Past Heritage with Four-Run Fourth Inning to Claim 14-9 Victory

Oakwood’s baseball team snapped a 9-9 deadlock with a four-run fourth inning and went on to post a 14-9 triumph at home over Heritage on Thursday (March 28).
Jackson Dudley and Cort Vermillion both slapped three hits for the Comets. Dudley had three RBI and Vermillion drove in two runs.
Carsen Dudley contributed two hits and three RBI.
Chase Harrison and Alex Wallace both scored two runs. Wallace swiped three bases. Vermillion also tallied two runs.
Both Dudleys crossed home plate three times.
Oakwood (4-4) returns to action on Monday (April 1) at home against Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin.
