Heritage Narrowly Loses in High-Scoring 16-14 Baseball Match Against Toledo Cumberland

Heritage came up on the short end of a 16-14 baseball slugfest at home on Thursday (May 9) against Toledo Cumberland.
Brennan Struck and Rylan White both knocked in three runs. Lukas Miller had two RBI. Anthony Happ, Robert Holloman and Zaien Smith all drove in one run.
Holloman tallied four runs and Smith scored three times. Crossing home plate once apiece were Alex Bensyl, Happ, Haiden Davis, Miller, Struck, Kaden White and Rylan White.
Holloman produced two hits. Davis, Happ, Miller and Struck had one hit apiece.
Heritage (2-20) returns to action on Monday (May 13) in a Class 1A regional quarterfinal game at sixth-seeded Salt Fork. Heritage is the No. 11 seed.
