Oakwood girls’ basketball rallies over Bismark-Henning

The Comets continued their winning streak on Monday (Feb. 22) at home, rallying from a halftime deficit at home to defeat Bismarck-Henning, 38-30.
Oakwood trailed, 23-20 at intermission, but held the Blue Devils to two second-half field goals.
Tiffany Paris sparked a 12-3 third-quarter spurt for Oakwood, hitting five points in the quarter.
Addie Wright led the Comets with a game-high 11 points. Aaliyah Denius had eight points while Paris and Ashlynn Pinnick scored seven points. Karsen Rupp added five points.
Oakwood (2-3) returns to action on Thursday (Feb. 25) at Hoopeston Area.
