Oakwood posted a statement win in the quarterfinals of a Class 3A IESA volleyball regional tournament on Saturday (March 6) at Westville.
In a thrilling match, sixth-seeded Oakwood rallied from a one-set deficit to upset third-seeded Georgetown-Ridge Farm, 25-27, 26-24, 25-23.
Oakwood was eliminated in the semifinals by second-seeded St. Joseph, 25-16, 25-10.
