Seniors Brady Tevebaugh and Sam Howie took turns assisting each other on first-half goals on Thursday (March 11) as the Oakwood/Salt Fork cooperative program opened its home schedule with a 6-0 shutout over Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Westville at Oakwood.
Oakwood/Salt Fork led, 2-0, at intermission.
Tevebaugh and Grant Powell each netted two goals. Howie totaled three assists.
Robby Wright also had a goal and Powell finished with one assist.
Goalkeeper Aaron Dean posted three saves in his first shutout of the season.
Oakwood/SF (1-1) returns to action on Thursday (March 18) at Schlarman Academy, in Danville.
