Heritage had four players score at least nine points on Saturday (Dec. 4) at Chrisman, but was unable to hold onto a halftime lead and dropped a 53-48 non-conference decision.
Brodie Meneely posted a season-high 11 points to lead the Hawks. Julliyan Gray hit 10 points as did Timmy Wilson. Drew Williams finished with nine points.
Heritage held leads of 17-10 after one quarter and 25-19 at halftime.
The Hawks (1-5) return to action on Wednesday (Dec. 8) at home against Westville.
