Addie Wright nailed 16 points and teammates Ashlynn Pinnick and Karsen Rupp each netted 14 points on Thursday (Jan. 27) as Oakwood bopped Westville, 54-28, in a Vermilion Valley Conference girls’ basketball game on the Tigers’ court.

Oakwood expanded a 12-6 lead after one quarter into a 31-12 cushion at halftime. Pinnick hit eight of her points in the second stanza.

Jaydah Arrowsmith added eight points.

Oakwood (12-15) has won seven of its last nine games and will return to action on Monday (Jan. 31) at home against Iroquois West.
