Morton defeats St. Joseph-Ogden baseball on the road

Playing its fifth straight road game, the St. Joseph-Ogden baseball team dropped a 4-2 decision on Friday (March 24) at Morton.
SJ-O (2-3) had the tying runs in scoring position when the game ended.
Adam Price pitched the first three innings and took the loss. Connor Hale worked three scoreless innings to finish the game, yielding one hit and striking out five.
The Spartans were limited to three hits, singles by Hale, Nolan Earley and Caleb Ochs.
The Spartans return to action on Monday (March 27) at Salt Fork.
