Blackburn-Kelly Pitches Second Shutout, Leads St. Joseph-Ogden Softball to 7-0 Victory Over Tri-Valley

Sophomore Timera Blackburn-Kelly threw her second shutout of the spring and the third by a St. Joseph-Ogden softball pitcher this year on Saturday (April 6) as SJ-O blanked Tri-Valley, 7-0, at Randy Wolken Field.
Blackburn-Kelly (4-0) yielded three hits and one walk. She registered a season-high 12 strikeouts.
Leading the offensive attack were Addison Frick, Grace Osterbur and Ellie Ward, all with two hits.
Addy Martinie and Emma McKinney both delivered two RBI. McKinney and Ward each socked doubles.
Martinie scored three runs
SJ-O (9-3) returns to action on Monday (April 8) at Stanford Olympia.
