Struck and White’s Efforts Not Enough as Heritage Falls 8-4 to Georgetown-Ridge Farm in Baseball

Brennan Struck and Rylan White finished with two hits apiece for Heritage on Tuesday (April 9), but the Hawks were outscored at Georgetown-Ridge Farm, 8-4, in a non-conference baseball game.
Struck and White each delivered one RBI as did teammates Zaien Smith and Lukas Miller. Smith scored two runs. Kaden White and Rylan White each tallied one run.
Rylan White suffered the loss, though he struck out six and walked one in four innings. Reliever Haiden Davis fanned four in two innings and did not permit an earned run.
On Monday (April 8), Davis provided Heritage with its lone hit in a 13-0 loss at home to Arcola.
Rylan White posted two strikeouts in 1 1/3 innings of relief work. Davis recorded two strikeouts in his one inning on the mound and Robert Holloman notched a strikeout in 1 ⅔ innings.
Heritage (0-10) returns to action on Thursday (April 11) at Sullivan.
