Happ and White Combine for Three-Hitter as Heritage Baseball Secures 4-2 Win Over Tri-County

Anthony Happ and Rylan White teamed up on a three-hitter – and didn’t permit an earned run – on Monday (May 6) as the Heritage baseball team defeated visiting Tri-County, 4-2.
Happ and Robert Holleman both swatted two hits. White and Haiden Davis contributed one hit each. Davis knocked in two runs.
White stole three bases, Holloman swiped two bases and Alex Bensyl stole one base.
Holloman, White, Happ and Davis each tallied one run.
Happ pitched the first six innings. He scattered two hits and walked to batters. Happ also struck out a season-high 13 hitters.
White worked a scoreless seventh inning and registered one strikeout.
On Thursday (May 2), White drew a fourth-inning walk to prevent Okaw Valley pitchers from throwing a perfect game in Heritage’s 11-0 baseball loss on the road.
White pitched the first 2 2/3 innings and registered five strikeouts. He allowed five hits and two walks.
Heritage (2-17) returns to action on Tuesday (May 7) at home against Salt Fork.
