With the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the library would like to share some ways we can help prevent the spread of the virus through the library and its materials.

1. If your items are due or overdue and you are not able to come to the library due to illness, please call us at 217-469-2159 during library hours or email us at stjosephtownshiplibrary@gmail.com and we will make accommodations.

2. If you have items on hold, but are too ill to pick them up, call the library and send someone else with your library card to pick up your items.

3. If you have a tablet, a smart phone or want to use your computer, you can download items from either Digital Library or Cloud Library so you don’t have to come to the library. This is available to St. Joseph card holders. If you have a card from a different library, you will need to contact them to find out what ebook and e-audiobook options they offer. Your card must not be expired and you cannot owe more than $5 to use the download options.

4. If you have a fever or are home sick or have possibly been exposed to this virus, please do not come to the library. Please call us and we will try to accommodate you.
