Five of six VG/Heritage squad members who played on Thursday at their home Tri-County Country Club course recorded season-best scores.
The Blue Devils’ team tally was 243, one shot above its best score of the season. Tri-County didn’t have enough players to be scored as a team.
Kyleigh Block led VG/Heritage (57) followed by Addisyn Wilson (56), Logan Lillard (65), Alison Pangburn (65), Ava Vollmer (65) and Zoey Thompson-Burton (69). Only Pangburn did not hit a season-best score.
VG/Heritage returns to action on Thursday (Sept. 10) at Tuscola in a meet that also includes Effingham St. Anthony.
